Dan’s fiancée, Abby Brown, created and published an NFL QB Passer Rating demonstration on the Wolfram Institute Demonstrations’ site (The Creators of Mathematica).

If you choose to do so, this demonstration can be used by you the listener while listening to the podcast, so that you have a better understanding of how the quarterback passer rating is calculated.

You can also choose not to use the demonstration and learn by just listening.

After the lesson, Dan explains why he believes this is not an accurate or effective way to rate a quarterbacks performance.
